The fear of criticism is listed by Napoleon Hill in his personal development book, as one of the major road block to personal achieve. Think about it, if you or anybody else has an inspiration of some action to take, and you have been a victim of past criticism, would you go ahead and carry on with it? At first you most likely said yes, however the fear of criticism is soo great in most situation that most people would rather live within the limits expected of them...now this has many consequences such as: people rob themselves the opportunity to accomplish something great, lack of self confidence and self trust, weak decision making ability and the list goes on and on.

I have to admit, this was something I had the most trouble with but now it is become a minor issue. Improved by making my own decisions after gathering the facts, and by taking the action and then showing the result(s) after.
